Analog ohmmeter made by “elle sweden” or possibly “ewe sweden” according to text on panel. Other text on the panel says it’s an RT3211. The ohmmeter measures resistances up to 5000 ohms. The instrument also has a wire tester mode and it will beep if the resistance is zero. The instrument is powered by 3x 1.5v batteries (not included).
